“Early on, we asked a fellow veteran owned company what specific parts are called. I sent an image over to the person and they refused to tell me what a bulk-head connector was. I was surprised and I think that at the time they believed we would make fly away kits to compete with them somehow despite not being in the same industry. We never intended to produce these kits for anyone else and focused on making them usable for our customer needs”, said Fernandez.
